Most likely no..: In the perfect 28 day cycle most women ovulate on day 14, the egg (secondary oocyte at this point) typically has 16-24 hours to be fertilized. Human sperm can last in the female reproductive tract for 72 hours however. Just prior to a period the egg should nonviable, this is assuming that the cycle length is regular as well as the ovulation. So, most likely, a women will not get pregnant.
