Not easy: I assume that you are trying to increase the size of your biceps muscle. This is increasingly more difficult as we age, but the general principles are the same. You must be in positive protein balance. Heavy wts and low reps, don't ignore other arm muscles. Vary workout types. Allow time for muscle healing between workouts, at least 3-5 days.
