I have really bad headaches all the time and no matter what medicines i take it doesn't go away. what should i do?

Unremitting headache: Most headaches easily go away with some rest or otc analgesics. Headaches which dont, or which persist and are very frequent warrant evaluation by your primary care doctor or a neurologist. Depending on the nature of the headache there should be a way to manage it. Sometimes a clinical and health psychologist can help monitor triggers and assist with muscle relaxation and other techniques.
