Is there any natural alternative to adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine)?

NO/yes: Yes and no, practically no. There is in some cultures some shrubs and herbsbs that contain amphetamine derivatives and are used by the locals, an example is " al gatt" in yemen. However there are no stimulant alternatives to treatment of add/adhd.

Why "natural?": There are lots of preparations sold on the net claiming to be "natural" stimulants. Most use caffeine or related substances as the substitute. There is lots of evidence that the belief that "natural" is better than synthetic is wrong, sometimes dangerously so. Safety and efficacy rarely are studied in these kinds of products, and no one oversees their manufacturing.
