Hands shake: When you are hungy you may develop hypoglycemia ( low blood sugar), to counter that, your body release epinephrine/glucagon/adrnaline these hormones then make your hand shakes, make you sweat, make you have palpitation , break down some sugar stored ( glycogen) from your body and release to your blood stream.
