Probable anovulation: Periods two times a month is most likely caused by non ovulatory bleeding or estrogen break through bleeding. If it continues for more than 3 months then i would see your dr. And get an exam, ultrasound and check your thyroid function.

Not normal: May be a problem with your hormones or an infection or a problem with the uterus such as polyps, fibroids , etc or a problem with tehecervix so you need to see your gyn or a gyn.
