I have been experiencing tight chest pain after taking a lot of extacy and drinking alcohol for a whole 24 hours. I vomited bile and since then have tight pain when I breathe deep, also when I drink or eat anything.
When I swallow, it feels like there is something stuck in my throat, also when I eat a meal it feels like its not going down and its just sitting at the bottom of my throat. When I take a deep breath it feels tight in my chest.
