How can i tell if i have facial herpes or acne?

Very different : These are very different disease entities and tend to have discrete differences in presentation. While herpes tends to present with very small fluid filled vessicles (tiny blister like lesions), acne tends to present with larger pus-filled lesions in the deeper layers of the dermis. However, i would recommend seeing a dermatologist to be sure.
