Use K-Tapes: Kinesio-tapes will support your elbow you are strengthening muscles which when they get strong will get shorter and stronger you need to give this routine a break and work with the opposite directional muscles eg if your routine is flexion use extension exercise and same time use k-tape to support these areas.
