Tendonitis: You likely have a case of tendonitis. Try resting or decreasing the amount of activity with that arm. You can also use ice to decrease swelling and help with the pain. OTC NSAIDs (if you are not allergic and do not have any GI problems - e.g., ulcer) can often be effective in relieving tendinopathy pain and can be used topically or orally. If these don't work, see your doctor for help.
