Evaluation: I would suspect that these are not lymph nodes under your feet. A podiatrist should evaluate. Perhaps an MRI or diagnostic ultrasound would be beneficial.

Lymph nodes: There are no lymph nodes in your feet . See your podiatrist for an evaluation . They are likely plantar fibromas . An evaluation will answer your questions
