OBGYN: Pregnancy, ovulation bleeding, breakthrough bleeding if you are using hormonal method. Recommend to start with a pregnancy test.

DUB: Dub means dysfunctional bleeding and can be a number of things; missed "pill", missed ovulation, cervical irritation. If it is an isolated event usually more a nuisance than a worry. Infections can also cause so if any risk of a std, sex transmitted disease, you should be checked.
