Depends on Age & Sex: In general, a full physical should include: a history, including many very personal questions; vital signs; an exam from head to toe, ears, eyes, nose, throat, heart, lungs, abdomen, skin, arms, legs, joints, neurologic test, genital exam and hernia, may also include pelvic and/or rectal exam; urine tests; blood work; and other tests based on your history or exam findings.
