Examination: History of complaints/concerns which have affected daily living is obtained, and examination from head to toe is performed. When indicated, appropriate blood work, and other diagnostic testing are obtained. The completeness may vary with forms for playing sports, going to a camp for the summer being abbreviated and others more in depth.
