Possibly: Erosion to the enamel of teeth (from acidic vomit) and abrasions to the knuckles of the fingers (from inducng emesis) can be a tip off for bulimia. The more frequent the induction of emesis (and the longer the duration) the more apparent it may be.

In many cases: Longstanding bulimia often causes the back surfaces of the front teeth to erode away and is in many cases clearly visible to the dentist.
