Acne scars: Acne scars can be improved. See a dermatologist who has a special interest in fixing acne scars. Some are sanded down with dermabrasion. Ice pick like scars can be treated with punch graft elevation. Subscision can elevate some scars. Injections with filler material can help. Also as a person ages and their skin becomes more lax, the scars become less apparent . Psychological therapy can help.
