You can't: But today's scientific remedies start in about a week. I recommend topical benzoyl peroxide, plus topical Clindamycin perhaps with retinoic acid derivative if there are blackheads. The latter two must be prescribed, and your phyisician has stronger stuff if needed. Good luck.
