Better home care: Proper brushing is difficult and requires diligence. Brush all surfaces and gums, floss between all of your teeth, rinse with Fluoride every night. A combination of these three will reduce your caries exposure. Drinking carbonated, sugared drinks is very tough on teeth. They are bathed in sugar, your mouth's bacteria transform the sugar to acid which eats away at your teeth causing cavities.
