Yes!: Absolutely! i would recommend testing of future spouse to ensure she does not have the trait or disease. If your partner has the trait there is a 50% chance of your child having the disease and 50% chance of having the trait.If your partner has the disease, 100% your child will have the disease. Keep that in mind.
