Less than 1 percent : It is possible to become pregnant after a tubal ligation. The risk of a tubal or ectopic pregnancy is higher if this happens. Take a pregnancy test immediately if you miss a period and see your doctor right away if it is positive. If you desire to become pregnant, talk to your doctor about surgeries to reverse the tubal ligation, or ivf options.
