Not normal: A seroma should not wax and wane and usually resolves over time i.e. 6-8 weeks. I might question the diagnosis unless you have had recent surgery.

Im experiencing a lot of discomfort on the right side of my lower abdomen/pelvis area. It started about two weeks ago after sex. Now it comes and goes, more painful just before urinating. I also feel constipated.
