Not normal: A seroma should not wax and wane and usually resolves over time i.e. 6-8 weeks. I might question the diagnosis unless you have had recent surgery.

Avoid constipation: Make sure your bowel function is normal and you do not get constipated. Also see a surgeon who can sometimes band them to prevent them coming back.
