At 16 can your eye color still be changing?

Not at your age...: Most babies are born with blue eyes, but they change over the first 6-8 months to what will be their permanent, adult eye color..At 16 your eye color does not change anymore. There are some conditions that can affect the color of your eyes, like having iron deposits or copper deposits in your eyes, so if you have a concern, see your doctor, or an eye doctor.

Yes: Age, hormones and even pupil size can change eye color. Reflections from your hair color, clothing, skin color, shape of face can give appearance of eye color. This is most true in hazel eyes.
