Unlikely: If you were placed on ocps because of irregular periods then when you stop your cycles may be irregular as before which could make getting pregnant a bit harder. Studies comparing young healthy women stopping the pill versus stopping condom use showed very similar pregnancy rates although it took 15 months for 85% of women to conceive after stopping the pill but 12 months for 85% after condoms.

No: Being in the pill does not cause problems getting pregnant after you stop it. Sometimes the problem that made it necessary to be on the pill can cause problems getting pregnant, but this doesn't happen often.
