No: If your boyfriend is only having sex with you, he either had it before you started having sex or got it from you. He didn't get from a UTI you might have or yeast, which are different germs than chlamydia. You might have had UTI like symptoms with chlamydia & if you did not have a culture done to specify the UTI germ that is a possibility.
