Reflux?: This could possibly be a problem called 'geographic tongue' usually caused by reflux. You should have a physician look at it to be sure and possibly get some treatment.

You may be clenching: Many times uneven white borders of the tongue are caused by clenching or grinding your teeth. Some of the other causes are diet, thrush, or other systeminc diseases. So get this checked by your dentist.
