Sure: Anxiety can vary from very mild to very severe, and everything in between. Not all anxiety causes sweating, and often it doesn't feel like a "panic attack" (a sudden, severe anxiety that is very intense but doesn't last long). Chronic anxiety can be a nagging problem all day without causing sweating or panic.

Certainly: Severe anxiety can be accompanied by these and other physical symptoms, but anxiety may be the only symptom you are aware of. It can interfere with our thinking and how we feel about things, make us feel nauseous, have trouble sleeping or even be associated with other symptoms. If the feeling of anxiety is interfering with your life, it is important to talk to your doctor about it. And feel bets.
