Flaky circles: Although i cannot be sure, it sounds like you have nummular deramatitis. It is a form of ezcema, which occurs in people with a personal of family history of hayfever, allergies or asthma. Things that make it worse-long hot showers, using soap all over your body and not using moisturizers. You should see a dermatology to confirm the diagnosis and prescribe a cortisone ointment.
