Yes: Normally the lesion looks just like lesions on the skin, however in the advanced stage the lesion may appeqar darker.

Yes : Chickenpox is a virus and can manifest orally. Generally the effects are minor and don't do permanent damage. If this persists see your dentist - and remember "good hygiene" !

Yes: Chicken pox can occur almost anywhere on the body including the mouth and throat. They occur usually as ulcers. There are some over the counter rinses that suggest they can help but non work well because the ulcers are so extensive. The color doesn't mean anything special.
