Don't Dread the Red: The small capillaries just below the skin are responsible for this coloration. In some people they are very responsive to emotional states. Nutritional state, fever and even medications can also affect this. A flesh tone makeup is the simplest way to address this, but laser therapy helps leaky capillaries and is often a last resort. Protecting your face in outdoor temp extremes will also help.
