It depends.: Your level is at the cut-off point for normal levels. In fact, it's at the upper limit of normal. Depending on how old you are, or if you're a heavily built man or a slightly built woman, it can be no problem to something that has to be watched. This reflects renal function and muscle mass, so if you're a big man, don't worry, but if you're small and/or a woman, see your dr. For a work-up.
