Not with ejaculation: Erection is just when the penis gets stiff or erect. Semen, which contains sperm is liberated at time of ejaculation or climax. You could have retrograde ejaculation, if you climax and semen goes backwards into the bladder. There could also be a neurologic problem or blockage of your ejaculatory ducts. Worth consulting a urologist with expertise in infertility.
