Cold hands&feet: If you are diagnosed with raynauds syndrome you have it causes your fingers and toes and tip of your nose and ears to feel numb and cool in responce to cold temperature or sometimes stress it is caused by smaller arteries that supply blood to the the skin narrow, which causes lack of circulation to the affected parts of body you may find your fingers, toes, tip of the nose and ear lobes get affected.
