Her choice- BUT.....: Common infections related to piercings include staphylococcus aureus, group a streptococcus & pseudomonas. In some situations nipple piercings have led to chronic nipple infection requiring surgical intervention. Although it is her choice - she is taking a risk by getting nipple piercings.
