What can my 16 year old son expect from vision therapy?

Untested: Vision therapy is an untested, unverified method which is advertised by its practitioners (optometrists) to be effective in treating practically all dysfunctions of the visual system. In most cases, it serves to keep the patient busy while spontaneous improvement occurs. It is generally expensive. Improvement, largely spontaneous, is then credited to the "therapy".

Not much: Vision therapy means many things. In general vision therapy does not result in measurably better visual acuity
