Future removal: The occlusion may need to be adjusted. If major adjustments need to be made the bridge can be removed and sent back to the dental lab to polish and glaze the porcelain again before permanent cementation. Also one of the abutments may need a root canal in the near future. If yes, then the rct can be done by removing the bridge. This prevents having to cut a hole into one of the abutments. Ask.

Yes: Sometimes I use temp cement if i anticipate doing anything under the bridge irm does fine.
