What is the question: Sore throat can be due to multiple causes. Cannot say whether yours was due to chlamydia, although that would be unusual. I assume you were performing oral sex on a man. If true, you should definitely be tested for other stds, including syphilis and hiv, both of which can be transmitted by semen hitting the tonsils or other lymph tissue behind the oral cavity.
