Red spot on earlobe a few hours ago. red stop is still there, but the bottom of the earlobe is bruised (like blood pooling). what could it be?

Hard to say: Hypersensitivity rxn to earrings comes to mind - is that feasible with the type of earrings you have recently worn? Certain metals, esp nickel alloys, are very sensitizing. Hydrocortisone cream and avoiding further contact would help if that's the cause.

Maybe ruptured cyst: Cysts in the earlobes are common. Have you had any recent piercings? Local trauma--including pinching, can rupture one of these cysts causing the symptoms you describe.
