Yes: There are many types of viruses that give you the stomach flu (gastroenteritis). In addition, there are many different serotypes of a given virus. You can develop immune memory to a given serotype, but that does not make you necessarily resistant to other serotypes. Thus, you can get the stomach flu again, and again, and again from either different viruses or serotypes.
