Openness: You shoud have a very open discussion with her regarding her problems and conditions and how they affect not only her, but you as her spouse. Intimacy is essential to a healthy marriage. There may be options for her that would allow intimacy to be restored. Tell her how you feel and give her your understanding and see if you can both discuss this and with her doctor. Counselling may be needed.

Talk to her: And see if she is willing to talk to her dr about it. A change of medication may help or if the current med has not been on board for at least 3 or 4 weeks, wait for that time and then seek help if needed. If the problem existed before there was any depression even successful treatment may not change that. If that is the case specific professional evaluation for low sex drive is in order.
