OTC and DDS: Take some over the counter pain medication that you would normally take for a headache (advil, motrin, aleve, (naproxen) etc), apply cold compress on and off every 15 minutes for the first day only! make sure that you see a dentist to rule out any damage to your teeth, gums, bone, etc.
