You may be: Describing galactorrhea, which can be normal after nipple stimulation, or a sign of a pituitary tumor. You mention tubes being tied, but are you having periods? Lack of periods and galactoria may indicate a prolactin secreting benign tumor. Need a ct+ or MRI brain/hypophysis for this if I am right, and surgery.
