No, seek examination: Hematomas and bruises (unless repetitively injured) should heal within weeks and not months. You should be evaluated by a physician or specifically by an orthopaedic surgeon to make sure you do not have a stress injury or stress fracture from the direct trauma. X-rays would be indicated.
