RICE & Sling: Bicep injuries can be of varying degrees, but i would recommend you start with rest, ice, compression, & elevation. You may also wish to use a sling to protect/ restrict movement. As pain subsides you should use gentle stretching, and progressive strengthening to help you recover. If pain persists you should see a physician for further evaluation.
