Sure why not: But its hard work and after age 6-7 would seem unlikely. You can force yourself to use your other hand for task, you can learn to use your other hand but it may be that your "dominant" hand is still the hand that is the default hand and feels more "right" ( or left) to use. Now after stroke, traumatic injury or brain injury..Thats a different animal.
