Is it possible to have hallucinations of spiders from a nerve block?

Maybe: A hallucination is something only you can see, so it can be influenced by what is on your mind or your fears. Without knowing where you had your block (on you, not geography), why, or with what medication(s), only reasonable answer is it is possible. If not resolved, ask the dr who did the block.
