Not good.: The fact that you are having break through bleeding indicates that you are not ovulating . A woman that is ovulating will have a menses every month. If you are not ovulating the chance of becoming pregnant is almost zero. You need to see an ob/gyn to evaluate your hormones your anovulation. If you are not ovulating regularly there are meds that can help you to produce an egg & get pregnant.
