Talk to your Gyn Dr: Cervical dysplasia may be mild or pre-cancerous - talk to your gynecology doctor to make sure it's ok to start trying to conceive. Did you already have a colposcopy? Dysplasia does not affect his sperm, but some procedures used to treat dysplasia (leep or cone biopsy) can affect fertility. It can take 3 months to 18 months or more to conceive, depending on how long you have been on Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone).
