A member asked:

Are pulsating nasal rinses affective at stimulating cilia and moving mucus? thanks for any advice you my have.

Slow flow better: It's probably better for the lining of your delicate nasal passages to use gravity, and allow the water to simply flow over the membranes to remove the mucus. Make sure you are not around cigarette smoke, which will negatively affect the cilia. You can buy a neti pot at the drugstore, along with premix salts to add to sterile water.
