Acne Treatment: Dermatop is a topical steroid and should not be used for acne especially on the face as it can cause thinning of the skin. There are very good prescription medications for acne like ziana or epiduo.

Not advised: I do not advise home peels in the first place. You would be better served saving your money and going once a month for a real right for you and your skin peel determined by a medical esthitician familiar with your medication and skin and if she needs consultation with your dermatologist she can do so.
