Went for my ultrasound yesterday. doc said i have an incomplete abortion. more bleeding is needed to get rid of the uterine tissue. what should i do?

There isn't much: You can do except give it time. They probably gave u instructions to go to the er for heavy bleeding or signs of infection. There is a medicine called Misoprostol which can make the uterus cramp and expedite the situation, a d@c could be done for excessive bleeding. Sorry about your loss, it shouldn't change your chances of a successful pregnancy next time around.
